A Brief Description

The Data Center is an online, web-based system that allows authorized users to update scholarship data in the NSPA Exchange.

More Information

Who uses the Data Center?

The Data Center is used by scholarship program providers, institutions, or other organizations that sponsor or host scholarship programs. The Data Center is available to NSPA member organizations only.

The typical user is the person at a scholarship provider who maintains or oversees the maintenance of scholarship information for their organization.

Is there a cost for using the Data Center?

No.

I’m a scholarship provider. Why would I update my organization’s data?

To support other NSPA members, the scholarship community, and actual scholars. The detailed data in the NSPA Exchange is useful only if it’s reasonably correct and reasonably complete. The NSPA has a small Data Team working year-round to maintain the database of scholarship programs, but we need help from providers like you to keep the data fresh.

I have a full-time job already. How much work will this be?

For those managing a few programs, updates can be made online in a few minutes. No kidding.

For organizations that manage dozens or hundreds of programs such as community foundations and institutions, it may take more than a few minutes. However, we’ve worked hard to make updates easy and fast. You have the option to make individual updates online or in a batch via a super-simple Excel template.

Okay, I’m sold. How do I get started?
