Download a ZIP archive containing the Snapp Data Standard v3v4.0 XSD and sample XML data files:

Note: The current file is designated v4.0d, but is suitable for development. The specification posted here will be identical to the v4.0 final version used by the API unless issues are discovered during integration testing.

Backward Compatibility

The Snapp Central API is backward compatible with the Scholar Snapp Profile v2.0 data standardand the Snapp Profile v3.0 data standards. Existing implementations from the 2016-2017 application cycle forward can continue sending and receiving v2.0 filesolder file versions, which the Snapp Central API will dynamically translate to and from v3v4.0. 

All new implementers should develop against Scholar Snapp v3v4.0.
