Please note that the XSD is a semantically complete final draft currently designated v3.0c. Presuming implementation testing goes well, this final draft will be identical to the release. Should any major issues be discovered in testing or early production use, a fix may be issued.

Backward Compatibility
The Snapp Central API is backward compatible with the Scholar Snapp v2.0 data standard. Existing implementations from the 2016-2017 application cycle can continue sending and receiving v2.0 files, which the Snapp Central API will dynamically translate to and from v3.0.
All new implementers should develop against Scholar Snapp v3.0.
