In the NSPA Exchange, a college readiness program is defined as a college preparatory program that provides middle and/or high school students with academic, financial, and socio-emotional support through programming such as mentorship, tutoring, and college application assistance.

There does not appear to be a standard, published, current list of college readiness programs that offer scholarships. The NSPA Exchange maintains its own list based on requirements from existing scholarship programs. This list is supplemented by information and listings from the following sources:
