Allows programs to be visible to the public through a client/partner of the Exchange.
Application Snapp Enabled
Shorthand for "Scholar Snapp-enabled," meaning that the online application for the scholarship can send and/or receive application profile data from the Scholar Snapp Central system. College Board offers the Scholar Snapp technology through the Big Futures “Autofill” feature.
Usage Notes:
The NSPA data team is the system of authority for this value. The NSPA Exchange system ignores updates to this field from external sources.
For NSPA Admins:
Unless you are the designated administrator for this value, you won't have edit permissions.
Flag this scholarship
Simple notation that there is a question or concern regarding an entry and further review is needed.
Restricted scholarship
This will appear greyed out for the Data Team. Organizations that do not want their programs visible will have this disposition. This workflow status will appear in blue above.
Comments
These typically appear where you’ll see any notes regarding your assignments.
Last Verified On
The most recent date on which the scholarship program information was verified by a human. Optional.
Usage Notes:
Null indicates that the information has never been formally verified after initial entry.
For NSPA Admins:
This should only be entered after a deliberate and reasonably thorough QA pass.
Should be blank after a record is newly entered. We do QA as a distinct process step.
Partial updates or changes do not count as formal verification.
Last Verified By
The entity or organization that most recently verified the scholarship program information. Programs entered prior to 2022 may include both an organization name and an identifier for an individual (e.g., "NSPA / JR"). Optional.
Example Value:
Last Verified Jun. 27, 2021 by Julie Reames.
Usage Notes:
This element represents a verification after the first entry, so it's generally left blank when a record is first created.

Last Recheck By
The entity or organization that most recently rechecked the scholarship program information. This review ensures that previously QA’d programs are still accurate and aligned with our current standards.
Example Value:
Last Recheck Jun. 27, 2022 by Kendra Siebert.
Usage Notes:
This element represents a review after the program has been QA’d, so there will always be a ‘Last Verified’ date before it.
