Data Center FAQ

Your Questions Answered

Using the Data Center

What’s my user name and password for the system?

Your Data Center credentials will be the same as your NSPA login. If you need to reset your username or password, you may do so on this page.

I’m using my NSPA Login but I’m not able to access the system. What’s going on?

Use of the Data Center requires special permissions. You may not yet have permission to log in to the Data Center. See the Help & Info section for more information.

I don’t want to break anything. Do my updates go live immediately, or does someone review them?

All changes made in the Data Center go to a data staging area. An NSPA Data Team member will review all changes, additions, and deletions before merging with the live data seen by others.

I made a change but don’t see it reflected in the NSPA Member Site. Why isn’t my change appearing?

This echoes the answer above. All changes made in the Data Center go to a staging area. Your changes appear after the review by an NSPA Data Team member.
